In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

• "zm777" or "the Platform" means the online gaming and sports betting service operated at zm777.biz, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and software applications.
• "Member" or "User" means any individual who has completed the zm777 account registration process and whose account has not been suspended or terminated.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time, together with the zm777 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other policies incorporated by reference.
• "Account" means the personal member account created upon successful completion of the zm777 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds held within a Member's zm777 Account at any given time.
• "Real Money Funds" means PKR deposited by a Member via approved zm777 payment methods including EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded to a Member by zm777 under a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process including CNIC submission and review required before withdrawal activation.
• "Wager" means any bet placed by a Member on a zm777 game or sporting event using Account funds.

References to "days" mean calendar days unless specified as business days. References to "writing" include electronic communications delivered to a Member's registered email address. The singular includes the plural and vice versa. All monetary amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Access to and use of the zm777 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. zm777 enforces this requirement via mandatory CNIC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• You are registering and accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party, corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close associate of zm777 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You do not already hold an active, suspended, or previously terminated zm777 account under any name or identifier.
• You are not subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement on the zm777 platform or any affiliated responsible gaming scheme.

To open a zm777 account, you must complete the online registration form accurately and in full, providing your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. zm777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of registration information.

zm777 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being obliged to provide reasons for such refusal. Acceptance of a registration application does not constitute a waiver of zm777's right to subsequently suspend or terminate an account if eligibility conditions are found not to have been satisfied.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your zm777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your zm777 account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• zm777 will never contact you via email, SMS, live chat, or telephone to request your account password or full payment details. Any communication purporting to be from zm777 requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• You must notify zm777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. zm777 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• zm777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number. This feature is available in your account security settings and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• You must log out of your zm777 account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. zm777 implements automatic session timeouts for inactive accounts but this does not substitute for your own responsibility to log out.

zm777 accepts deposits via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL internet banking, UBL Omni and internet banking, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees and credited to your zm777 Account in PKR. zm777 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. zm777 accepts no liability for delays caused by payment service providers.

Funds deposited into your zm777 Account are held in a segregated member funds account in accordance with zm777's licensing obligations. Deposited funds are used exclusively for gaming activity and are not used for zm777 operational purposes. Members may request the return of uninvested Real Money Funds at any time, subject to KYC verification requirements and the withdrawal terms set out in Section 4.2.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered zm777 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. zm777 reserves the right to require verification of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal request.

• Full KYC verification (CNIC submission and approval) is a prerequisite for withdrawal activation. Members who have not completed KYC may not submit withdrawal requests.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts; however, high-value withdrawals may be subject to enhanced due diligence review.
• zm777 targets EasyPaisa and JazzCash withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within the same business day. These timelines are targets and not guarantees; zm777 accepts no liability for delays caused by payment providers or banking systems.
• zm777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, including requests for source of funds documentation, as required under its international gaming licence compliance obligations.

zm777 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All zm777 promotional offers are subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. The following general bonus conditions apply to all zm777 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion of bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Where a bonus matches a deposit (e.g., 100% match), the wagering requirement typically applies to the bonus amount alone, not the deposit plus bonus sum — but the specific promotion's terms take precedence.
• Bonus Funds and wagering progress expire at the end of the stated promotional validity period. Expired bonus funds and any associated wagering progress are forfeited without compensation.
• zm777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to a Member opting in to that offer. Once a bonus has been claimed and credited, the specific terms applicable at the time of claiming govern.
• zm777 monitors bonus usage patterns to detect promotional abuse. Where abuse is identified — including collusion, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — zm777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and suspend the implicated accounts.

All games and betting markets available on the zm777 platform are governed by individual game rules which form part of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. By placing a wager on the zm777 platform, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game or betting rules.

zm777 reserves the right to void any wager in the following circumstances: where a technical malfunction has materially affected the outcome of a game or bet settlement; where a wager was placed on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time of betting (commonly known as "late betting"); where zm777 determines that a wager was placed in error due to a manifest pricing or odds error; or where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or voided under the applicable zm777 sportsbook rules for that market type.

zm777 employs Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live-dealer casino games. Our RNG systems are independently certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories and audited on a periodic basis. All certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published within the zm777 game information section. zm777 does not manipulate RNG outputs, game volatility, or live dealer outcomes in any manner that would deviate from the certified game parameters.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zm777 platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement. zm777 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities — upon identifying any of the following:

• Opening or operating more than one zm777 account under any name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, or household.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent compliance process.
• Using the zm777 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime or illegal activity.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with zm777 employees to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other members.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to interact with zm777 platform systems in a manner not sanctioned by zm777.
• Exploiting any technical errors, software bugs, pricing mistakes, or unintended game mechanics to gain financial advantage on the zm777 platform.
• Attempting to access zm777 systems, databases, or infrastructure without authorisation, or attempting to circumvent zm777 security measures.

zm777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling for all members. The zm777 platform is designed to be an entertainment product, and zm777 does not wish for any member to experience gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all zm777 members and can be activated from within account settings without requiring contact with the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limit caps which take effect immediately on reduction and after a 24-hour cooling period on increases.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable maximum session duration limits with automatic logout upon reaching the set threshold.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during play displaying the duration of the current session and cumulative profit/loss figures.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporary self-exclusion from 24 hours to 30 days, during which account login and all gaming activity is suspended.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Irreversible account closure with a minimum exclusion period of 5 years. zm777 will process permanent self-exclusion requests within 24 hours and will not re-activate excluded accounts within the exclusion period under any circumstances.

All content on the zm777 platform — including but not limited to the zm777 brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, software, audio-visual elements, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of zm777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zm777 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any zm777 intellectual property without the prior express written consent of zm777. Any unauthorised use of zm777 intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zm777 shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity arising from your use of the zm777 platform; any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the zm777 platform, even if zm777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages; or any failure or delay in platform availability due to circumstances beyond zm777's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, power interruptions, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.

zm777's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their zm777 Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits zm777's liability for death or personal injury caused by zm777's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

zm777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering a zm777 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the zm777 Privacy Policy. Personal data collected during the zm777 registration and KYC process is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and (subject to your marketing preferences) promotional communications.

zm777 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. zm777 may share personal data with its payment processors (including EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank for transaction processing purposes), its international gaming licence regulatory authority, and law enforcement or regulatory bodies where required by applicable law or court order.

zm777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Member account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances: upon breach of any provision of this Agreement; upon detection of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity; upon failure to provide required KYC documentation within a reasonable period; upon receipt of a valid self-exclusion request; or upon direction from zm777's licensing authority or any competent regulatory or law enforcement body.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests submitted during the suspension period will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. Where zm777 determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred, zm777 may withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending resolution of any claim arising from such breach. zm777 will use reasonable endeavours to communicate the outcome of any account review to the affected Member via their registered email address.

Members who wish to close their zm777 account of their own volition may do so by contacting the zm777 support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Member via their most recently used payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.

zm777 is committed to handling all Member complaints fairly and transparently. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the zm777 service, please contact the zm777 support team in the first instance via live chat or email. zm777 targets first-contact resolution within 24 hours for standard complaints and within 5 business days for complex financial or account disputes requiring investigation.

If you are not satisfied with zm777's initial response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter to zm777's Compliance Team in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". zm777 will acknowledge escalated complaints within 48 hours and provide a final decision within 14 business days. zm777's final decision on any complaint shall be communicated in writing to the Member's registered email address.

Where a Member remains dissatisfied with zm777's final decision, zm777 may, at its discretion, agree to referral to an independent dispute resolution body. Details of any available alternative dispute resolution mechanism will be communicated at the point of zm777's final decision if applicable.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which zm777's international gaming licence is issued. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

Nothing in this Clause shall prevent zm777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where zm777 determines such relief is necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the zm777 platform. By using the zm777 platform, you acknowledge and accept that the zm777 service is provided from an international jurisdiction and that the laws of Pakistan may not govern the provision of zm777's services.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with zm777's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and individual game or event rules, constitutes the entire agreement between zm777 and each Member with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver. No failure or delay by zm777 in exercising any right under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of that right. No single or partial exercise of any right shall prevent any future exercise of that right or the exercise of any other right.

Assignment. You may not assign, transfer, or sub-license any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of zm777. zm777 may assign this Agreement or any of its rights and obligations under it without restriction.

Amendments. zm777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided to Members via registered email or prominent platform notification at least 14 days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction, in which case zm777 will provide as much notice as is reasonably practicable.
